M-am programat cu masina la firma de asigurare sa mi se deschida un dosar de dauna. Nu am putut sub nicio forma sa obtin ceva peste ora 16.10 desi am depus mult efort (programul se termina la 17.30).

La ora stabilita aterizez la intrarea in parcarea imobilului indicat si incepe meciul! Mentionez ca am traversat Bucurestiul pentru a rezolva treaba.

-Aici se fac dosarele de dauna, intreb eu ?

-Da ! raspunde portarul, care imi ridica bariera.

Nici nu apuc sa intru in parcare, peste limita barierei, ca imediat primesc replica aceluiasi portar.

-Nu puteti parca aici ! Este parcare peste drum, intoarceti si parcati acolo !

-Dar am intalnire cu agentul ! Este exact ora stabilita, ma justific eu!

-Nu se poate. Trebuie sa mergeti in interior la etajul II si nu puteti lasa masina aici.

Contrariat, intorc masina si traversez un drum destul de intens circulat pentru a parca la exact 10 metri. Revin, traversez prin loc nemarcat (nepermis) si urc, ati ghicit, la etajul II pentru marea intalnire cu agentul.

Lamurim scopul prezentei mele, facem hartiile, deschidem dosarul si ajungem la etapa fotografierii avariilor.

-Sa mergem la masina, zice agentul ! Unde este parcata ?

-E parcata peste drum.

-OK, mergeti si o aduceti in parcarea noastra !

-Cum ?!! Tocmai ce mi s-a spus ca nu pot parca in aceasta parcare. Nu ar fi mai simplu sa mergem noi acolo unde este parcata ?

-Ba da ! Doar ca nu imi este permis si va trebui sa o aduceti din nou in parcarea noastra !

Imi inghit cu greu cuvintele si cobor cu grija scarile. Ati inteles, am trecut din nou strada prin loc nepermis, m-am asigurat si am adus masina in fata agentului. Faza cu pozele a trecut fara probleme. M-a anuntat ca, ulterior, va trebui sa mergem la birou sa finalizam dosarul.

Relaxat, ma uit in parcare si ochesc un loc unde sa o las pe perioada finalizarii documentelor. Nici nu apuc sa trag aer in piept  ca ma si loveste ceva in moalele capului. Era tocmai replica agentului.

-Nu puteti lasa masina aici. Va rog sa o duceti inapoi peste drum !

-Ei, asta-i buna !

N-am mai rezistat ! Desi azi a fost o zi racoroasa m-a luat cu calduri si cred ca am scos si ceva fum pe urechi.

Ghiciti voi cu cine am avut  meciul.

Ok. So in that that video, you heard Richard Koch, the author of the book ‘The 80/20 Principle’ talking about how most of what we do in our day-to-day business operations make up the ‘trivial many’.

Things like checking email, chatting on Facebook, or anything you’d consider ‘admin work’ all fall under this category.

Although they may feel important, in reality, they’re not.

On the other hand, you have activities that Richard refers to as the ‘vital few.’

Activities like:

– writing emails to your list, promoting your products (or someone elses as an affiliate)
– Creating new offers
– Setting up or improving a new sales funnel, etc, etc…

These are the things which actually bring in the cash. They account for the overwhelming majority of the results you get in your business.
But right now, I’m willing to bet they’re getting mixed in with, and given the equal importance to, ‘the trivial many.’

Huge mistake.

As long as you continue to do this, you’ll continue to get mediocre results in your business. Your business will operate at a small percentage of what it’s truly capable of. It will be as if you owned a Ferrari, but you’re never able to get past 2nd gear.

The problem is, you still have to do some of the ‘trivial many’ tasks.

Admin is part of any business.

So how do you fit it all into your busy schedule?

    When joining a network marketing business, many people feel overwhelmed at what seems to be an enormous amount of information that needs to be absorbed! They may think that they have to get everything in order before they get started, that they need to know the compensation plan from beginning to end, that they cannot possibly move forward until they know the ins and outs of the product they are marketing! Nothing could be further from the truth. Remember that your attitude to this business is far more important than your ability! I hope you will find a gem or two in this list of Network Marketing Tips below.

    These are some Network Marketing Tips that I have found to be of great value:

    #1: Never Quit! FOCUS and treat it like a business. You would not hop, skip and jump between businesses in the brick and mortar world and expect to be successful – the same holds true for your online Network Marketing business

    #2: Develop a belief in yourself and your ability to succeed.

   #3: The most important thing you need to concentrate on is YOU! Successful Network Marketers are most concerned with constant self-improvement. You will KNOW that you will succeed when you have conquered your doubts and fears. That’s the mark of a true online entrepreneur!

In the words of America’s leading business motivator, Jim Rohn:
“Formal Education makes you a living. If you become Self-Educated you create a fortune”

    #4: Have a genuine desire to help others to succeed. Do everything you can to encourage their self-development. Lead, but do not babysit!

      #5: Concentrate on being enthusiastic, understanding the needs of your prospect and providing them with valuable information rather than “selling”.

      #6: Develop good leadership skills by learning from those who are successful in MLM. Follow people like:

*Mike Dillard, who wrote the timeless bestseller, Magnetic Sponsoring.

*Jonathan Budd, a 27-year old billionaire who now creates courses to help others do the same in the MLM world.

*Daegan Smith, “the king of never calling a single lead”

    #7: Develop an ability to really listen to your customers and prospects. Find out what THEY want and work out a plan to help them achieve their goals. As the saying goes: “We were given 2 ears and only 1 mouth for a very good reason!”

    #8: Be prepared to answer questions and find out the answer if you do not know it. The people you sponsor into your business need to become leaders who will themselves develop leaders.

    #9: Be a person of integrity at all times. The main reason people join you in Network Marketing is because they trust, like, respect and know you. Therefore you need to get to know the person and their needs and desires first before you introduce your business to them.

    #10: Have control over your attitude. This will ultimately manifest itself in positive outward behaviour.

Of all the network marketing tips covered above, I believe FOCUS to be one of the most important. Without this ability to shut out the interminable “next best things”, countless emails, invitations to groups and events that are such an integral part of online marketing, it becomes well nigh impossible to succeed in any online business. Do yourself a favour and stick with your chosen opportunity long enough to allow yourself to succeed!

Just got some interesting stats.

It’s so sad but 95-97% of the people whom are retired are either broke, not earning enough money, have gone back to work and still not earning enough money, have had their savings drained by their kids, are dependent of their kids…

So many people I meet are dreaming about making millions, but honestly, would earning one to two thousand US dollars per month without quiting your jobs make a difference in your life…. If yes, please hit the like button to show you are honest!

Too many people ask for a mentor true their journey to the financial future.  I think Jonathan Budd can be all that you want to be succesfull.

This words are the most appropriate call to action that I ever have heard!

Sunt foarte multe materiale informative care sunt foarte folositoare in instruirea celor care doresc sa dezvolte o afacere proprie in sistem MLM. Cred ca putina istorie nu strica asa ca am ales sa ma refer in acest material la regulile network-marketingului clasic statuate de Richard Bliss Brooke.

1. Nu va agatati de fiecare om pentru a nu fi refuzati categoric; nu trebuie sa insistam ca fiecare om cu care vorbim sa adere sau sa colaboreze cu noi in afacerea pe care o dezvoltam.
2. Nu cereti nimic concret prospectului; daca le cerem sa cumpere ceva de care nu au nevoie sau nu doresc, oamenii se retrag interpretand gestul ca un amestec in viata lor.
3. Aveti 4 asi in maneca daca prospectul nu este entuziazmat sa asiste la o prezentare, folositi-i:

prezentarea ofertei
crearea interesului fata de oferta
crearea dorintei de a cunoaste oferta
stimularea deciziei pentru a primi un raspuns favorabil

4. Fiti generosi cu ascultatorii dvs., ascultati-i pe prospecti pentru ca si ei sa va asculte.

5. Interesati-va de oamenii cu care discutati prin intrebari, descoperiti ce le place si ce nu le place, ce le lipseste cel mai mult, care este cel mai important lucru din viata lor.
6. Analizati si descoperiti punctele cheie ale oamenilor, care sunt punctele de interes ale prospectului, dorintele sale si ale familiei.
7. Faceti pasi marunti, spuneti prospectului ca aveti solutia pentru rezolvarea problemelor cu care se confrunta si rugati-l doar sa arunce o privire pe oferta.

-Stiu o cale prin care ati putea  sa va rezolvati problemele. V-ar interesa sa vedeti despre ce este vorba?
-Sunt implicat in ceva care te-ar putea ajuta si pe tine. Te intereseaza sa vezi oferta mea?
-Cred ca te potrivesti perfect cu programul nostru. Castigul pe care l-ai putea realiza ti-ar rezolva toate necesitatile. Vrei sa vezi cum arata programul nostrum?
-Cunosc un program in care poti castiga bani in plus, pe langa serviciu. Se pot castiga intre 200$ şi 2000$/luna. Te intereseaza asa ceva?

  8. Prezentati planul de marketing sau de cariera cu pasiune.

9. Indemnati prospectul sa actioneze pe loc. Rugati-l sa se decida pe loc pentru ca orice intarziere sau consultare cu alta persoana poate anula tot efortul.

10. Trageti concluziile discutiei pe loc: daca raspunsul este “Da” incepeti colaborarea, daca este “Nu” atunci intrebati-l daca nu cunoaste pe cineva care ar dori sa vada oferta.
